  Dr Hany Gergis is very disrespectful and rude and does not care about the patient or what I have to say. He constantly interrupted me when I was explaining. I have never experienced such a horrible doctor. Do not book with him.

  They absolutely had no regard for peoples time. Made a phone consultation online for 11.20am. Contacted the receptionist to make sure I didn’t miss the call as the reception in WWP is very poor and was told doctor will call soon. Nearly 1.5 hours later I tried calling the practise and waited for the call to connect and still not have a call back from the doc.
  
  I finally had a miss call from the practice 3+ hours later while I was attending my baby and the next day I received another miss call from the practice where the receptionist sounded very rude in the voice message.
  
  Won’t return, I went back to Myhealth and happily paid for $30 gap fee where my appointment was attended to within 10 mins of my appointment time.

  Doctor Hanys was late extremely late, wasting my time during my work hours. He then unnecessarily asked me to send an email for the proof of my sickness when he had already seen it himself in person. In addition their emailing address wasn't working (wasting my time further). He then didn't listen to the information I gave him and wrote the incorrect information on the medical certificate. Terrible experience and in total 1.5 hours wasted.
  
  The only positive was that the receptionist was nice and professional.

  Echoing a previous reviewer on the care and thorough approach of Dr Medhat El-Wahsh. A Dr who remembers my partner and toddler's name at every visit and genuinely cares about our health. Always takes the time to properly explain diagnosis and test results (even drawing diagrams!). At busy periods there can be a wait time but that's not unexpected at a popular bulk billing GP.

  If I could give zero stars I would.
  Came here when it was busy yesterday so I made an appointment today. Got here 5 min before my appointment and after waiting for 25 min, the Asian receptionist just skipped me and let 2 patients in front of me, one of them appearing to be an Asian male friend of hers. They did not have appointments and not in need of urgent medical attention. I questioned why this happened and I was told “sorry”.
  No phone reception or wifi here either, and the tv they do have to keep you entertained is turned off.
  So basically just sit here bored with an appointment while they let their friends get seen before you.
