  A couple of weeks ago, contractors from spotless came to fix a tap handle. The plumber at some point tampered with a pipe underneath the sink, to create a leak. This was intentional but I managed to tighten it myself. Previously they have tampered with my toilet (which I also had to fix myself). There was also a tap handle put on my bath about a year ago that recently sprung out of the wall. There is deliberate tampering to increase their workload. If you live in public housing and have any contractor come over. Do not let them use the toilet and keep two eyes on them. I will be contacting an auditor and if there is no apology or accountability I will contact the ombudsman. This isn't a one star rating, this is a warning!

  One of the most disappointing places to work. As a temp I was treated with a great deal of disrespect. I was never given the opportunity to show what I could do. I felt miserable walking into work and being stared at like I was an outcast even tho all I wanted to do was learn. I am grateful for the main manager trying to keep me on but he was rarely there. This honestly is a depressing place to work. Would not recommend this place.

  Not a good company to deal with. Dept of Housing use this company to do maintenance/upgrades on their properties. Dodgy contractors, dodgy work, unreliable, if I had a choice I would not use them.
